You can delete your 4U Wallet account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data.
Deletion is permanent. Your account, balances, points, and history cannot be restored once the process is complete.
In the 4U Wallet app, tap the settings icon (⚙) at the top of the home screen.
Select “Account”, then choose “Delete account”.
Verify with your passcode or biometrics and confirm the deletion request.
Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days. Logging in during this period cancels the request.
If you can't access the app, send a deletion request from the email or phone number registered to your account. Include your registered phone number so we can verify it's you. We process requests within 30 days.
